Demand Planner, Operations more
POSITION PURPOSE Lead the local Demand Planning process working with brand merchandising team and supply planning team for the maximum sales with minimum inventory. Create and maintain the local demand plans and forecasts with consistency and high levels of alignment with key stakeholders. Task as Demand Planner is to create the all brands’ Demand Plan for all channel. The Demand Plan (DP) is the basis for Purchasing and significantly influences the inventory management/stock turn and re-order availability therefore it is also the foundation for reaching sales and inventory targets. Main KPI is the Demand Plan accuracy in consideration of availability and inventory levels. Work extensively with the key stakeholders such as brand leadership and sales team, the supply planning team and finance team to create highly accurate forecasts that will drive business decisions throughout the organization. Co-work to create a unified, customer centric supply plan that manages inventory and places factory buys utilizing the Global Deckers S&OP and Inventory balancing process. Champion and facilitate the use of critical demand & supply planning information including brand planning, merchandising, assortment, sales and finance plan into the decision making.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Process Leadership
• Establish and continuously improve the local Demand planning process
• Strengthen the relationships and touchpoints throughout the organization to facilitate the clear communication of local demand forecast to key stakeholders.
• Lead team to align to clear operating procedures and processes to maintain a consistent focus and clear communication to internal partners.

Stakeholder Alignment
• Set, monitor and continuously improve the demand forecast accuracy
• Work across functions to drive the understanding and utilization of demand forecasting, inventory balancing and S&OP.
• Create local consensus demand plans by presenting a clear business case that demonstrates the alignment of the demand forecast with the brand’s strategic direction and financial objectives by partnering with merchandising, sales and finance team.
• Work with leadership to align expectations and address the demand & supply anomalies.
• Partner with Global Supply Chain to evaluate tradeoffs between service levels and inventory levels

Personnel Management
• Collaborate through the creation and adoption of a new corporate function, providing guidance for ambiguity and change management
• Create an organizational culture that values and demonstrates excellence, reliability, creative problem solving and high productivity in accordance with the Deckers Way
• Align metrics and KPIs to measure and optimize Demand planning performance

Budget control
• Participate in budget/cost forecasting for on-hand cost of goods

Project-oriented activity
• Lead related projects with related parties such as Global Integrated Planning and US IT team
Education/Experience • Bachelor’s degree
• Track record of on-the-job planning/forecasting and logistics experience. 5 + years of SCM business experience (Preferred: Footwear, Apparel, FMCG)
Skill • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working in a matrix organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (PDCA cycle executor)
• Extensive knowledge of demand planning systems such as SAP, Oracle Demantra
• Demonstrate to understand, plan and organize the regulatory needs in the commercial business environment and supply chain function, especially for footwear/apparels
• Understands the need to benchmark and measure by KPIs

Business System Analyst, IT more
POSITION PURPOSE ・Provide ongoing development and support for Retail, E-COM and Omni-Channel Systems.
・Improve business process and system functionalities by working closely with IT teams and business partners.
・Work with Global & Regional IT teams to develop new solutions and systems in order to meet the needs of business and global organizations.
・Manage the 3rd parties to provide ongoing support and development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DTC and Omi- Channel Systems Analysis:
•Collaborate with business user (i.e. Merchandising/Allocation/Retail Operation/E-COM/Marketing) to identify new opportunities, gaps and functional improvements.
•Lead system/business analysis, requirement gathering, functional designs, UAT and implementation. Also, define post implementation business and system operations.

Basic Project Management:
•Define project scope/goals, plan, and requirements to deliver the solutions aligning with Deckers project management methodologies.
•Work with Regional & Global IT resources, and selected vendors to ensure that projects stay on track and drive the project to completion.

System Support Management:
•Improve the IT support model by working with business users and IT teams for system operations and troubleshooting.
•Conduct system and operation analysis, and improve the service level by building knowledge within IT team.
•Define system operation, and create documents/manuals in to standardize system operations.

Basic Vendor Management:
•Manage service delivery from the 3rd parties.
•Work closely with vendor teams, to make sure they can deliver the service within aligned scope/SLA and meet user expectations.
•Vendor management routines such as ticket review and SLA review is required.
• Initiate service improvements by positively influencing third party vendors.
Education/Experience •Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology, Business or similar field of study, or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with providing first/second level support for retail stores and E-COM systems.
•Minimum 5 years of system implementations and process improvements in Retail and E-COM areas
•High level of understanding of core processes and industry best practices.
•Experience in E-COM/Retail/Omni-Channel systems implementation as internal resource or third party vendor.
•Knowledge and experience in project management and service improvements
•Proficient in verbal and written English and Japanese.
Skill •Exposure to Oracle Retail an advantage
•International company exposures.
•Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
•Aptitude & desire to develop new skills and knowledge across DTC Systems.

Performance Marketing Specialist / E-commerce (Teva and HOKA ONEONE) more
POSITION PURPOSE • Develop and execute online marketing plans across multiple channels and media such as SEO, Paid Search, Re-marketing, Display, Affiliate and others.
• Manage the performance marketing budget and ensuring high return on marketing investment on all online marketing activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Planning and Forecasting:
• Design and oversee all aspects of our online marketing activities.
• Set important metrics for each marketing channels and develop execution plans.

Online Marketing execution and KPI Monitoring
• Oversee all campaigns and optimize, controlling agencies.
• Build and manage the paid channels and allocate the budget to maximize the sales and ROAS.
• Track ROI of all the online marketing performance and report to marketing and eCommerce leadership teams.
Education/Experience • University degree, marketing or business preferred
• Proven track record in running multiple marketing campaigns across multiple brands
• Experience in using multiple acquisition channels to drive sales through the websites
• 3+ years of experience of managing online marketing, digital and CRM activity either at a fashion brands or agencies.
Skills/Knowledge/Behavior • Understanding and ability to use an advantaged web analytics tool as well as the skills decipher and present the information to senior members of the business
• Ability to work across teams throughout the business and understand and be able to work with each teams goals
• Strong understanding of online marketing system
• Strong written and verbal communication in both Japanese and English.
