Business System Analyst, IT more
POSITION PURPOSE ・Provide ongoing development and support for Retail, E-COM and Omni-Channel Systems.
・Improve business process and system functionalities by working closely with IT teams and business partners.
・Work with Global & Regional IT teams to develop new solutions and systems in order to meet the needs of business and global organizations.
・Manage the 3rd parties to provide ongoing support and development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DTC and Omi- Channel Systems Analysis:
•Collaborate with business user (i.e. Merchandising/Allocation/Retail Operation/E-COM/Marketing) to identify new opportunities, gaps and functional improvements.
•Lead system/business analysis, requirement gathering, functional designs, UAT and implementation. Also, define post implementation business and system operations.

Basic Project Management:
•Define project scope/goals, plan, and requirements to deliver the solutions aligning with Deckers project management methodologies.
•Work with Regional & Global IT resources, and selected vendors to ensure that projects stay on track and drive the project to completion.

System Support Management:
•Improve the IT support model by working with business users and IT teams for system operations and troubleshooting.
•Conduct system and operation analysis, and improve the service level by building knowledge within IT team.
•Define system operation, and create documents/manuals in to standardize system operations.

Basic Vendor Management:
•Manage service delivery from the 3rd parties.
•Work closely with vendor teams, to make sure they can deliver the service within aligned scope/SLA and meet user expectations.
•Vendor management routines such as ticket review and SLA review is required.
• Initiate service improvements by positively influencing third party vendors.
Education/Experience •Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology, Business or similar field of study, or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with providing first/second level support for retail stores and E-COM systems.
•Minimum 5 years of system implementations and process improvements in Retail and E-COM areas
•High level of understanding of core processes and industry best practices.
•Experience in E-COM/Retail/Omni-Channel systems implementation as internal resource or third party vendor.
•Knowledge and experience in project management and service improvements
•Proficient in verbal and written English and Japanese.
Skill •Exposure to Oracle Retail an advantage
•International company exposures.

Assistant Trading Producer / E-Commerce(HOKA,Teva)※新規ポジション more
POSITION PURPOSE This role is responsible for executing the on-site trading and its planning for PLG Japan websites, TEVA and HOKA. Assistant Trading Producer is instrumental in ensuring online trading KPI’s being continuously improved and regional trading plans being executed to a high level by working with the global teams, the wider regional “direct to consumer” inventory and merchandise teams as well as brand retail and visual merchandise teams. It is also the responsibility of Assistant Trading Producer to ensure product and category management being setup and reported on correctly to ensure the online merchandise meets both commercial targets and general site KPIs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ONLINE TRADING PLANNING
• Become the internal PLG trading champion within eCommerce team and always be deeply familiar with PLG products
• Ensure the product and category tone and visuals are consistent across all eCommerce channels
• Work closely with the regional merchandising teams to create online merchandising roadmaps for every season
• Develop yearly online trading KGI and KPIs based on the trading plans created by the regional merchandising team
• Align the web marketing plans with eCommerce team members by sharing online trading roadmaps to achieve KGI and KPIs

ONLINE TRADING EXECUTION
• Provide regular contribution to the online trading calendar and ensure products are online on key launch dates
• Be the owner for Salesforce commerce cloud platform for TEVA/HOKA Japan websites ensuring accurate, high quality merchandising at all times by closely communicating with the global eCommerce team members
• Update and manage product catalogue, categories and promotions by the operating merchant tool of Salesforce commerce cloud as requested by other teams within the eCommerce team and wider business
• Use Salesforce commerce cloud platform to deliver relevant, consistent and personalized trading
• Manage categories from definition for that local market to ensuring the right products are within the right categories
• Provide merchandising assistants repetitive tasks to execute online trading and report to the online producer for the resource needs
• Oversee and implement trading reporting and improve on online trading KPI to ensure TEVA/HOKA Japan site being featured effectively
• Weekly and monthly online reporting for TEVA/HOKA Japan
• Work with inventory and DTC merchandising to understand product flow per market and adapt product merchandising to in line with content planning
• Liaise with the global producer and merchandising teams to ensure global product information is accurate and localized
• Localize the product information where necessary for each market
• Manage on-site searches weekly and monthly
• Implement SEO information on product and category level

SITE PERFORMANCE & IMPROVEMENT
• Plan improvements of the website for better online trading and better work efficiency. Work closely with developers and execute the improvements as a member of the agile software developments
• Manage 3rd party tools such as Google Analytics to optimize the websites and deliver relevant cross and up sell products inclusive
• Research other regions and similar/competitive brands and ensure the site exceeds what customers would expect when researching products, either to buy now, later in the season or from a wholesale partner
• Carefully listen to voice of customers from customer service team in online trading’s perspective and utilize it to provide better customer experience
• Look at ways to improve trading on site and work with the global analyst to produce relevant reports

LEARNING NEW TECHNOLOGIES & METHODS
• Be open to learn new technologies in eCommerce industries
• Make use of the new technologies to improve UGG website and online trading work
Education/Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred

POSITION PURPOSE This role is responsible for briefing on Teva and HOKA ONE ONE websites and executing onsite digital activation promoting campaigns and related marketing and CRM actions in a timely manner. Assistant Contents Producer is instrumental in ensuring trading KPI’s are continuously improved and regional content plans are executed to a high level by working with the wider regional direct to consumer inventory and merchandise team, UX developers, content designer as well as brand and merchandise teams.

It is also the responsibility of the contents producer to ensure online marketing emails and site enhancements are developed and executed on time and to schedule according to plans agreed with the Japan digital marketing and PLG brand marketing teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SITE CONTENT MANAGEMENT:
• Be the owner for the Salesforce platform for Teva and HOKA ONE ONE websites ensuring accurate, high quality content and presentation at all the times and responsible for all non-merchandising and campaign promotions to ensure brand content is appropriately reflected on Teva and HOKA ONE ONE websites
• Fully understand Teva and HOKA ONE ONE brand guidelines and principles and ensure all activities adhering to these standards
• Oversee content and customer journey reporting and improve on related KPIs (from visitor to check out) to ensure Teva and HOKA ONE ONE sites being trading effectively
• Work closely with trading, marketing, and merchandising related partners to ensure alignment across all channels
• Develop relationships with the global counterpart teams and ensure all brand activities, specifically contents and marketing wordings, are reflected accurately on the websites as necessary
• Manage 3rd party tools to optimize the Teva and HOKA ONE ONE websites and deliver relevant content experience for the sites
• Monitor content performance and develop some ad-hoc recommendations

DIGITAL ACTIVATION MANAGEMENT:

LEARNING NEW TECHNOLOGIES & METHOTDS:

• Maintain advanced knowledge of online content management systems, image libraries, brand objectives, development needs and other creative functions to ensure best-in-class usability and digital medium presentations. Assistant Online Marketing Manager / E-Commerce more
POSITION PURPOSE Assistant digital Marketing Manager is in charge of planning, executing, promoting and monitoring online marketing campaigns that is in line with each brand’s strategies. He or she is responsible for online marketing strategy including but not limited to: SEO, paid search, advertisement campaigns and email marketing initiatives.Under the direction of manager, he/she develop and monitor the marketing budget, prepare accurate reports on the marketing overall performance and identify the latest trends and technologies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Planning and Forecasting:
• Design and oversee all aspects of our online marketing activities.
• Set important metrics for each marketing channels and develop execution plans.
• Conducting quarterly reforecasting process aligning with the commercial KPIs to

Online Marketing execution and KPI Monitoring :
• Oversee all campaigns and optimize, controlling agencies.
• Build and manage the paid channels and allocate the budget to maximize the sales and ROAS.

• Develop and manage ad/email campaigns that aligns with the brand strategy with the collaboration of cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally.

Vendor/Agency Management :
• Provide the day-to-day management of vendor/agency relationships and services as the main contact internally.
• Ensure SEO best practices are applied to the business and manage the relationship with SEO/analytics vendor.
Education/Experience • University degree, marketing or business preferred
• Proven track record in running multiple marketing campaigns across multiple brands
• Experience in using multiple acquisition channels to drive sales through the websites
• Strong copywriting experience
• 5+ years of experience of managing online marketing, digital and CRM activity, preferably for a fashion brand website or multi-channel retailer
• 3+ years of managing agencies
• 1+ year of managing direct reports
• Luxury brand experience would be beneficial, especially within the fashion industry, preferably footwear
• Experiences from Sports or outdoor goods industry is a plus
